Unlike a finished sewing pattern, a sleeve block provides the basic sleeve shape and fit without decorative details or seam allowances. It can be modified to create different lengths, widths, cuffs, gathers, pleats and flared sleeve designs.

These blocks can be used in their original form after adding seam allowances or altered to create your own sleeve styles.

Basic pattern-making and garment-construction knowledge is recommended.
