FABRIC REQUIREMENTS

This pattern block is designed for woven fabrics only.

Recommended fabrics include:

• Cotton twill
• Gabardine
• Cotton ripstop
• Lightweight denim
• Cotton poplin
• Cotton drill
• Linen and linen blends
• Technical woven fabrics
• Nylon and Taslan

Lightweight to medium-weight woven fabrics work best for creating the structured balloon shape.

Non-stretch fabrics or fabrics with a small amount of stretch are recommended. This block is not designed for knitted or highly stretchable fabrics.
